FAQs

Where's My Tickets?
Once you've placed your order we have to process the payment. This involves a couple of mouse clicks at our end and once the payment has been processed you'll receive a confirmation email that serves as your ticket. Since this step is not automated you are unlikely to receive the email immediately, but we'll process orders and send confirmations as soon as possible. If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours or if you have placed an order on the day of the event and are concerned that time is short please first double check any junk or spam email folders before contacting us via email
Please bring a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

What if it rains?
If it rains on the night, you might get wet. This being the UK in Autumn we advise waterproofs and sturdy shoes just in case. If the weather is so bad that we have to cancel the event we'll announce it as soon as possible on this website and our facebook page. We'll also refund your ticket payment. Cancellation for any reason will be at the sole discretion of the event organisers.

What age does a child ticket mean?
For the purposes of buying tickets we describe a child as anyone under the age of 18. If you're 18 or over you'll have to fork out for a full price ticket. Sorry about that. Growing up has it's pros and cons. At least you can buy a beer at the on-site licenced bar!

Is it OK to bring my dog?
Sorry, no dogs allowed. They don't like fireworks anyway. Don't bring your cat either.

I'm a blue badge holder. is there disabled parking?
Yes, we have limited space for blue badge holders. Please contact us in advance to arrange parking close to the event.

I'm not a blue badge holder. Can I park close to the event?
No, sorry, only legitimate blue badge holders will be allocated parking places. Everyone else is advised and encouraged to walk, cycle or use public transport if at all possible. We urge you not to arrive by car unless absolutely necessary. Please park considerately following the signs up around the village and refrain from parking in local residential roads unless they are designated for parking as the buses need to complete their routes around the village.  Pedestrian & disabled access to the site is via Mapledurham Drive.

What if I miss my dinner?
Don't panic. There will be a variety of hot food stalls where you can buy meals and snacks.
